The threat of violence in the workplace has become more and more of a reality. Topics covered include ways to enhance observation and perception skills, how to properly report and document situations in the workplace, as well as prevention and deterrence techniques. Employers and employees alike must be prepared in the event of an active shooter or other incident of violence. Proper response could mean the difference between life and death.
