Jeffery M. Epstein is the sole or principal
trial attorney in more than 40 civil jury trials which
have gone to a verdict in both state superior courts
and federal district courts. He has successfully argued
numerous appeals in various state and federal courts
of appeals.
Attorney Epstein has extensive experience in handling
police misconduct cases, as well as a variety of other
discrimination claims. Mr. Epstein teaches at the
Justice Training Institute on legal issues for police
executives, as part of a POST certified two-week course.
He teaches POST certified courses on avoiding liability
in police misconduct litigation and sexual harassment
litigation for the California Peace Officers Association
and the California Narcotic Officers Association.
Jeffrey Epstein also serves as legal advisor to the
California Peace Officer's Association.
