The law enforcement patrol officer, not just the narcotics detective or drug-dog handler, is a critical part of the war on the importation and transportation of drugs in the United States. This course will train you in conducting highway interdictions, safely intercepting and successfully prosecuting the drug couriers. Far from merely a statement of the applicable laws, this course provides insight into the methods used by couriers to conceal drugs while transporting them and gives you, the officer, information on recent trends of highway drug interdiction.
Because of the sensitivity of the information provided in this course,it will only be available to certified law enforcement officers.
