secret that a driver of a stolen vehicle is hoping
to keep. Developed with the assistance of auto theft
task force members from a major west coast police
agency, this course examines auto theft motives, methods,
and most importantly, makes recommendations to enhance
officer safety in field enforcement activities. The
criminal of today is more likely to be armed and a
potential threat to your safety than at any other
