Drugs in the Workplace (4-hour course) Instructed by Tom Page

Drugs are a part of our culture. Unfortunately, drugs are also a part of the American workplace. It is a simple fact of life: while there are drugs in society, there will be drugs in the workplace. Simply having a drug-free motto will not prevent drugs from entering a place of business. Simply asking employees to sign a form saying they will remain drug free will not guarantee a drug-free workplace.

Based upon proven and validated procedures for detecting the drug-impaired individual, Drug Recognition in the Workplace presents a comprehensible classification system of all the drugs of abuse. A firm understanding of the types of drugs abused gives an employer the tools to better understand the significance and scope of the problem of drugs in the workplace, as well as how to better detect the drugged employee.
