a. Yes. An unanswered question causes a "failure," and you will
not be certified.
- What are
the most common reasons for not being certified?
a. Not reading the question correctly

- What happens
if I do not pass?
a. This questionnaire has very specific and narrow parameters
for evaluation. If you
are not certified, it does not mean you are
unable to use a respirator, only that
your responses do not fit this template.
You must see a health care professional
for evaluation.
- When do
I get my certificate?
a. Once successfully completed, you will receive your certificate
immediately. Follow the
instructions for printing your certificate.
- My certificate
says I need a "Spectacle Kit." Where do I get one?
a. Your employer is required to provide one to you.
- If I exit
from the questionnaire before finishing or realize that I have
made a mistake in my response(s), can I take the test again?
a. Yes, however it is critical that you log in exactly as you
did the first time you entered
your identifying information.
