Gang members are no exception. The web provides a wealth of information about gangs, many sites dedicated to and sponsored by actual gang members.

While the link below is a "gang member" site in the traditional sense, the structure and content are somewhat different from our other links. Current and former gang members post their thoughts on gang life and activities. This unique page offers officers (and other gang members) insight into many of the drawbacks of gang life. Many of the touching stories allow officers to see the human side of individuals who find themselves in a gang, and demonstrate how they arrived at their current situations.
